Step by Step Process

How Long Does Training Take?

Approximate course lengths:

Adult CPR AED: ~1.5–2 hours
Adult, Child & Infant CPR AED: ~3–3.5 hours
Adult CPR + First Aid: ~3.5 hours
Adult CPR + First Aid: ~5–5.5 hours
BLS: ~3.5–4 hours

Certification Information

American Heart Association (AHA) certification
Valid for 2 years
Issued as digital eCards immediately after class
Accepted by most employers nationwide

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend scheduling 1-3 weeks in advance for group training, but we often accommodate shorter notice. We've even provided same-day training

How Many Employees Can Be Trained?

We can train:

Small teams (as few as 2 students)
Medium groups
Large workforce groups
Larger groups may be split into sessions to ensure hands-on instruction quality and AHA compliance.
We can provide back-to-back or multi-day trainings to ensure all staff are certified.

Yes. We provide:

CPR training manikins with feedback devices
AED training devices
First Aid materials
PPE, as needed
AV Equipment and training materials

Your workplace does not need to supply anything but an area suitable for practice and access to WIFI.

During class

Our AHA-certified instructor runs a hands-on, interactive session. Students practice CPR compressions and rescue breathing on manikins, operate AED trainers, and work through real emergency scenarios. Classes are engaging, low-pressure, and paced for all skill levels.
