Terms & Conditions: Privacy Policy: Northern Nevada CPR is committed to the privacy interests of users and believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, Northern Nevada CPR has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about users that it acquires in the course of its business. This information is collected for: -Establishing and maintaining a responsible commercial relationship with you and providing ongoing service -Meeting legal and regulatory requirements -Billing operations We collect the following information to complete the service: -Name -Phone Number -Email -Payment Information -Certification Information Your information will not be sold, rented or disclosed to any third party. We may disclose personal information about you to third parties when: -We have your consent -Needed to provide you the service -Responding to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes. Limited Liability: Northern Nevada CPR is not liable for: - Personal injury caused by incorrect application of training - Damages arising from the improper use of training - Lost certification records due to incorrect or not updated contact information - Service interruptions that are beyond our control. Course Completion: 1. Attendance at the in-person training is mandatory for the entire duration of the course 2. Completion of the skills test and written exam is required to pass the course. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in no refund. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule your course, please give as much notice as possible. Individuals: Participants who cancel at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled one time at no extra charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are also not provided for students who fail a course; however remediation will be available. Group and private courses: Private courses/group courses who cancel can be rescheduled one time at no extra charge with at least 48 hours notice. If cancellation is not received at least 48 hours prior to the course, the full class fees will be charged. If the number of students change, Northern Nevada CPR must be made aware at least 48 hours prior to the course, otherwise you will be billed for the number of students scheduled to attend. No shows/late students are not the responsibility of Northern Nevada CPR will not be refunded. We make every effort to ensure the classes are held on the date and time reserved, however in the case of emergency (unsafe weather for travel, unforeseen emergencies, etc.) the class will be immediately rescheduled. The deposit is nonrefundable. Please note that there are no refunds for written or printed materials or supplies. Photos and Videos During Class: During our in-person classes, we may capture photos or videos for educational or advertising purposes. By attending our courses, you acknowledge that photos or videos may include your image and may be used in company materials. We strive to be respectful of participants' privacy, and if you would like to ensure that you are not featured, please inform the instructor prior to the beginning of class.
