Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Sharon, owner and instructor of Northern Nevada CPR.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Education because I’ve always been passionate about helping people and serving my community. Today, as an American Heart Association Certified BLS and Heartsaver Instructor, I have the privilege of teaching individuals, families, and businesses the lifesaving skills and confidence they need to respond when every second counts.

I founded Northern Nevada CPR with a simple goal: to make high-quality CPR training convenient, engaging, and accessible. Rather than requiring businesses to send employees across town, I bring professional, American Heart Association-certified training directly to your workplace or chosen location throughout Northern Nevada.

My classes are hands-on, interactive, and designed to be welcoming for everyone, regardless of experience. I believe the best learning happens when students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing their skills, and understanding why each step matters—not just memorizing information to pass a test.

Whether you’re getting certified for your job, preparing to care for your family, or training an entire team, my goal is for every student to leave class feeling confident, prepared, and ready to respond in an emergency.
