CPR Certification for Fitness Professionals

Medical emergencies can happen during workouts, personal training sessions, group fitness classes, sporting activities and everyday gym operations. Fitness professionals may need to respond when a client, coworker or visitor experiences sudden cardiac arrest, a breathing emergency, choking or an injury.

CPR, AED and First Aid training helps fitness professionals learn how to recognize emergencies and respond while emergency medical services are on the way.

This course covers CPR AED use and choking response. It is an option for fitness professionals who need CPR and AED certification without First Aid training.

Course length: Approximately 1.5-3.5 hours (depending on class options)
