Assisted Living CPR Training FAQs
What CPR certification do assisted living employees need?
The appropriate course depends on the employee's role and your facility's requirements. Healthcare providers may need BLS, while non-clinical employees may need CPR, AED or First Aid training.
Do you provide BLS training for CNAs?
Yes. Northern Nevada CPR provides AHA BLS training for healthcare providers and other staff who require BLS certification.

Yes. We can train your team on-site and schedule multiple sessions when employees work different shifts.
Do you come to our facility?
Yes. Northern Nevada CPR is a mobile training provider. We bring the instructor and hands-on training equipment to you.

How long is CPR certification valid?
AHA CPR and BLS certification is valid for two years.
