Is there a travel fee for on-site classes?
Most classes within our standard service area do not include a travel fee. However, we may require a minimum class size.
How far in advance do I need to book a class?
We recommend booking a minimum of one week in advance, especially for larger groups. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Can you train employees on different shifts?
Yes. We can schedule multi-day or back-to-back training sessions to accommodate employees working day, swing, and night shifts.

Do you offer Blended Learning?
Yes. We offer Blended Learning options for CPR and BLS courses. After completing the online portion through the American Heart Association, you can schedule your in-person session with us.
Is it difficult to schedule a course?
Not at all. Simply fill out our scheduling form with your preferred dates and times, and we'll get back to you right away to confirm availability and finalize your booking.
Can you customize the training for my workplace?
Absolutely. We can tailor the training to fit your industry, workplace environment, and specific risks to ensure your team is confident in responding to real-life emergencies in your workplace.

What ages can participate in CPR training?
Participants of all ages are welcome as long as they can emotionally handle the course material and physically participate in the hands-on practice.
Group & On-Site Training:
Do you offer group CPR classes?
Yes. We specialize in on-site group training for businesses, schools, medical offices, and community organizations.
Our group classes are designed to accommodate teams of any size, providing hands-on CPR, AED, BLS, and First Aid training in a convenient and efficient format tailored to your workplace or organization.
Can you come to my workplace?
Yes. We bring all the necessary equipment and materials directly to your location. We just need a small area for hands-on training and access to Wi-Fi for streaming video content. This makes it easy for your team to get trained without leaving the workplace.
What is the minimum and maximum class size?
We follow American Heart Association guidelines to ensure each student receives plenty of hands-on training and individual attention.​
For larger groups, we offer back-to-back or multi-day training sessions to ensure everyone receives proper training.
Is there a way to verify my employee's CPR certification is valid?
Yes. Employers can verify American Heart Association certification cards online using the AHA eCards verification system: AHA eCards verification

Are your CPR classes OSHA compliant?
Yes, our CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens courses meet OSHA requirements.
Are your CPR certifications nationally recognized?
Yes. Certifications are issued through the American Heart Association and are accepted nationwide.
Which organizations accept your CPR certifications?
Hospitals, clinics, dental offices, schools, childcare centers (including The Nevada Registry), OSHA, and most employers recognize AHA certifications.
Are your certifications American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)?
We provide American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
Will you notify me when my CPR renewals is due?
Yes. We maintain records of all certifications and will notify you via email when it's time to renew.
What do I do if I can't find my card?
You can access your certification card through the American Heart Association eCard verification system, as long as it has not expired.
Do you bring all equipment to the
on-site CPR class?
Yes. We provide all training equipment including CPR manikins, AED trainers, pocket masks, and first aid supplies.
​How long is my CPR certification valid?
All American Heart Association certifications are valid for 2 years. We also offer renewal courses to help you stay current, maintain compliance, and keep your skills fresh.

How do I book a CPR class?

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as soon as possible to adjust your booking.
We will work with you to find a new date or time that fits your schedule.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute classes?
Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate same-day or short-notice training. Please contact us directly to check current openings and we'll do our best to schedule a class that meets your needs.

Student Experience & Requirements:
What should I bring to CPR class?
This course includes hands-on, physical activity, so please dress in comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for movement. If you wear glasses, don't forget to bring them. Participants with long hair may wish to bring a hair tie to keep hair off their face during training.
Is there a written test?
Some courses, such as BLS, include a short, written exam to assess your knowledge.
All of our courses also require hands-on practice and skills checks to ensure you can confidently perform CPR and use an AED in real-world situations.
Can you accommodate students with disabilities or special needs?
We strive to make our courses accessible to all participants. Please let us know about any accommodations or special needs ahead of time so we can ensure a safe and effective learning experience.
What if I don't pass the course?
Our goal is success and confidence. We work closely with each student to refine their skills and review the material until they feel ready. If you don't pass on the first try, we will provide additional coaching to help you meet the certification requirements.

How often should I renew my certification?
Most AHA certifications are valid for 2 years. Renewing before expiration ensures you stay compliant, maintain skills, and keep your credentials current.
Can I take CPR training even if I don't need it for a job or school?
Yes. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to take CPR and First Aid training for their personal knowledge and safety.
Gaining lifesaving skills can give you the confidence to respond effectively in an emergency and keep your family, friends, and community safe.
